Refunds and Returns Policy

Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase from The Incense Shack? No worries, we have our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee* in place applicable to all our products, allowing you to return your purchase to us within seven (7) days from the receipt of your shipment, for either a refund or exchange. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees.

For all returns and refunds, you must present proof of purchase. Proof of purchase can be either the invoice/order number issued by The Incense Shack or any correspondance from The Incense Shack confirming your purchase.

All returned items must be unused and undamaged, in their received conditions, including original packaging material with all tags and accessories attached. We strictly will not accept returns that have been worn and/or without the original tags. The Incense Shack reserves the right to modify its return and refund policy at any time without notice.

Return and / or Exchange Instructions:
If you wish to return and/or exchange your purchase from The Incense Shack, you must do so in accordance with the following process:
1. You must download and complete this form in full, and include it with your returned item(s).
2. All returned item(s) must be unused and undamaged, in their received conditions, including original packaging material as well as all tags and accessories. We strongly advise all customers to check products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. The Incense Shack reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item(s) does not satisfy this requirement.
3. All returned item(s) must be packed securely in the original package (whenever possible).
4. Buyers are responsible for all the associated return postage and handling expenses. Returned items sent by Cash On Deliveries (COD) or receiver billing will strictly not be accepted.
5. We do not take responsibility for returns sent by non-registered post. For your own protection, we recommend that all returns be sent by courier or by insured registered post.
6. If all of the above conditions are met to the satisfaction of The Incense Shack, you can expect a refund (if applicable) in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within fourteen (14) working days of returning your purchase. The amount of refund is the purchase price of the goods LESS any original postage and handling cost.

Damaged or Faulty Items
1. Each individual purchase will be quality checked by our staff at The Incense Shack. In the unlikely event that the ordered item(s) is (are) faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will gladly arrange for the item(s) to be sent back to us at our cost. Please kindly contact us via email for further instructions.
2. All items returned as faulty, damanged or incorrect will be inspected, and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Exchanges are possible if the item is available. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear in your email to us.
